I love writing these health reports for Take a Break - this one looks at the most important life lessons we were not taught in school. Hopefully today’s kids are being taught more than algebra because communication, emotion regulation, well-being, hell, even budgeting, would have been a lot more useful!

40 life changing challenges

I loooooove Purusha! I was so inspired by this story I tried to write my own list of 40 things to do to celebrate turning 40. Instead I did one thing - I had a baby. Turns out one thing can take up ALL your time. But, my list was never going to be as amazing as Purusha’s anyway. This woman is so brave, so hardy, so brilliant. Here she is in New, out last summer. I also wrote about Purusha’s Pacific Ocean Race last year and I know she’s cooking up a new challenge now which I hope to write about soon too!
