I retraced his footsteps

One of my all time favourite stories here, beautifully laid out in Best magazine. Charlotte took a trip to India to retrace her Grandfather’s incredible journey during World War Two. Charlotte never got to meet Bruno, her grandfather, as he died in combat, but taking this trip helped her feel connected to the great man himself. Check Paula out in Woman now, or follow her on Instagram.

I strongly believe businesses like this are the future and my husband tells me ‘ethical capitalism’ is gaining strength. Huge thanks to YOU Underwear, DabbaDrop and Baba + Boo for taking part and running such brilliant brands. Out now in Woman’s Weekly.

It's good to talk

This is the poignant, heartbreaking story of Becky and the lessons she learned from her mum’s suicide. It is not an easy read, but Becky is the most wise, wonderful, warm woman who came narrowly close to repeating history before realising the value and importance of honesty, of putting her truth out there, and asking for help. Beautifully told to Best magazine.
