Here I am attempting to de-stress for Woman’s Own magazine. I can tell you that yoga is wonderful and my husband trying to massage my shoulders with his claw-like fingers, is not. Oh, to have more time for yoga! I also enjoyed doing a puzzle. Methodical, ultimately pointless, yet rewarding. Good, clean, honest fun.
