Working with Karen and Linda is an absolute hoot - I can see how their friendship has lasted 46 years! They are so funny together, yet also so kind, compassionate and loving. This is a friendship that began with a special moment, and has in the years since, been built on special moments. I was honoured to have a little window into the friendship so I could write about them here for Woman’s Own. Out now!

Then, she gave the anaesthetist who supported her through that birth, two children of his own. Gemma and her children took part in The Wildlife Trust’s 30 Days Wild, spending every day of June doing something outdoors, in nature. From squelchy seaweed to star-gazing, shell collecting to tadpole rescuing, they had many a gorgeous adventure! It was a lovely feature to write and I’m in awe of the magical, outdoorsy, gorgeous life Gemma is providing for her kids. Out now in Best!
Read MoreHere my wonderful friend Paula shares her everyday adventures in Woman magazine. I’ve been a huge fan of Paula for years. She overcame intense anxiety and went from missing out on life to making the absolute best of every day. Sometimes, that meant doing crazy, wild things, sometimes, that meant doing gentle, simple things. The point is, Paula seeks new experiences to make up for lost time and for that, I truly admire her. Check Paula out in Woman now, or follow her on Instagram.
