This is the story of one of the most beautiful people I’ve had the pleasure to meet. Natalie is not just a beautiful woman on the outside, she’s gorgeous inside too. Thoughtful, considerate and generous - she’s come to visit us a few times and I’m always buoyed by her presence. Here she is in Bella reminding us all that our imperfections are what make us perfect.

Gladys is still working in a dementia care home, despite being older than some of the patients in her care and Esther has the most incredible body after a lifetime devoted to The Lotte Berk barre technique.
