Travel Kind

I didn’t write this one but did contribute so I want to share it here to help raise awareness of the Four Paws campaign Travel Kind. International animal welfare charity Four Paws are hoping to help tourists travel with a kind heart - which means avoiding swimming with dolphins, posing for selfies with monkeys, going to circuses with live animal acts and enjoying wild animals only where they should be - in the wild! Four Paws provided expert comment for this feature and you can find out all about the campaign here. #TravelKind

Never felt more beautiful

Another feature for Sarah, who came to our garden for a cheeky photoshoot! Sarah took part in a collective feature for Closer a few weeks ago - now, she’s taking centre stage in Closer’s latest special issue. (As is my great-grandmother’s chaise lounge… she’d be so proud!) Sarah is 50 and looking and feeling happier and more beautiful than ever. Having spent the day with Sarah I can attest that she exudes joy!

A phobia of pregnant women and babies

Philippa told a very difficult and painful story with an open heart and an incredible determination to help other parents who have faced their worst nightmare: the loss of their child. You don’t see many stories about what happens to women who lose their babies and how it feels to face a society seemingly brimming with them. But of course, any woman who has faced what Philippa has, will know how she felt in her darkest hours.
For support, please visit Our Sam. Here Philippa will help anyone who has experienced baby loss.
Philippa’s story is out now in New magazine.

Friendship Never Ends

Working with Karen and Linda is an absolute hoot - I can see how their friendship has lasted 46 years! They are so funny together, yet also so kind, compassionate and loving. This is a friendship that began with a special moment, and has in the years since, been built on special moments. I was honoured to have a little window into the friendship so I could write about them here for Woman’s Own. Out now!
