This absolute beaut of a nature lover appears in Best this week. Gemma and her children took part in The Wildlife Trust’s 30 Days Wild, spending every day of June doing something outdoors, in nature. It was a lovely feature to write and I’m in awe of the magical, outdoorsy, gorgeous life Gemma is providing for her kids. Out now in Best!
Read MoreHere my wonderful friend Paula shares her everyday adventures in Woman magazine. I’ve been a huge fan of Paula for years. She overcame intense anxiety and went from missing out on life to making the absolute best of every day. Check Paula out in Woman now, or follow her on Instagram.
