We'd lost Dad...

Despite the difficult subject matter, it was such a joy to work with Cate. She shared so many beautiful memories with me and my heart broke for the difficult decision she had to make when her dad’s dementia put her mum’s safety at risk. Cate shared her story with kindness, compassion and care and it was an honour to write. Out now in Best.

Travel Kind

I didn’t write this one but did contribute so I want to share it here to help raise awareness of the Four Paws campaign Travel Kind. Sarah is 50 and looking and feeling happier and more beautiful than ever. Having spent the day with Sarah I can attest that she exudes joy!

Huge thanks to Walls for the super-interesting survey which sparked the idea. We want happy! I love that - here’s hoping we build back happy.

A phobia of pregnant women and babies

Philippa told a very difficult and painful story with an open heart and an incredible determination to help other parents who have faced their worst nightmare: the loss of their child. You don’t see many stories about what happens to women who lose their babies and how it feels to face a society seemingly brimming with them. But of course, any woman who has faced what Philippa has, will know how she felt in her darkest hours.
For support, please visit Our Sam. Here Philippa will help anyone who has experienced baby loss.
Philippa’s story is out now in New magazine.
