True Love - Best Magazine

I couldn't reasonably hope for others to allow me to write about them if I wasn't happy to write about myself! Luckily I love writing about myself...For Valentine's Day this year, I wrote a piece for Best magazine about my love of rom coms and how I came to realise that true life is nothing like the movies. Working with neurologist Dr Nour, author of the super new book True Love, I looked at how most Hollywood fairytales stop at stage two of the four stages of love, so it's futile to compare their 'happily ever afters' to the reality of our actual lives.
